Rosewater Residence is wholly owned by WakeUp International. This is a family owned property and all buyers will be provided title deeds to their residences.

Our group has selected Titan Construction as our contracting partner. The group has over 30 years of experience in commercial and residential properties. They have an NCA1 rating and are a registered firm with the Kenya Construction Bureau.

Architect

Athman Architects has been designated as our architecture partner. The firm has been in business for over 15 years and have done numerous projects across Kenya. They have been central to maximizing the size and potential of the location.

About Rosewater residence

Rosewater

Rosewater Residence is built on approximately 1/8 an acre of land. The property is owned by our company and family. All county licenses have been approved.

Construction

Construction is expected to begin in December 2024 and will take approximately 12 months to complete. Our contractor will be using the latest construction methods to ensure efficiency and quality.

Payment Terms

Buyers are required to pay a 1% booking fee to confirm their formal interest on purchasing an apartment.
Rosewater Residence is an off-plan development and will begin construction in December 2024.
Buyers are required to pay a 20% down payment for the apartments. All payments will be made through National Bank Kenya and will be placed in an escrow account until project construction.
In partnership with National Bank Kenya, we are offering a long-term, payment option of 144 months (12 years) to all buyers. National Bank will provide mortgages for buyers or any potential buyer can provide their own banking partner's mortgage.
For foreign buyers seeking a mortgage, our office and admin team will assist in opening a local banking account and provide all the required documentation.
